If the CD relies on Windows .exe applications, then these will not work on OS X.
You may be able to find resources or content on the disk, such as .wmv files, .pdf, flash documents, video and audio files, and you should be able to play these on your Mac.

However, you cannot run Windows executables on OS X - the same as an OS X .app won't run on Windows.

What is the disk?
