Importing an HTML File like you can do in Outlook for Windows...

Hey guys. I'm working for a client who wants to send an HTML email (with images etc.) out to his mailing list, but I can't seem to get it to work in Entourage/Outlook Express for the Mac. In the Windows version of Outlook, one of the options in the "Import" menu is for a HTML file, but that option is missing on the Mac. Any way to get around that or any email programs for the Mac that have that feature?
