Skype: Incoming Connection Port

According to the Skype web site the 'Incoming connection port" is:

Quote: ... chosen randomly when you install Skype.

If this were actually true I could correctly configure port forwarding and QoS on my router. Unfortunately, Skype randomly selects a different 'Incoming connection port' every time I restart my machine meaning that I have to reconfigure port forwarding and QoS on the router.

Is there any way to force Skype to consistently use the same incoming connection port?

This with Skype for Mac 2.7.0.330 on a G4 iMac running 10.5.6.
