Installed Windows, Mac wont start up Help!

Hi,

I installed this windows ultimate x86 lite software, i had downloaded off the internet, on my 08 aluminum macbook, using bootcamp and everything, windows works fine but now mac os x wont boot anymore, it just goes straight to windows instead, i pressed control and everything when the i turn it on, but nothing will help
please help!
