Firefox 3 PDF Headers and Footers

Using Mac OS X 10.5.5 and Firefox 3.0.1

When I use Print->PDF->Save as PDF the headers and footers are partially out of the print range. They extend to the margins of the page size, not the print area.
The same occurs with Print
Again the same problem is in SeaMonkey.
The problem does not exist in Safari 3.1.2

How can I rectify this problem?

I have found one solution! Change the print paper size to US Letter Small

File->Page Setup->Paper Size ->US Letter Small
