calendar colors in iPhone

I just bought my iPhone 3G two days ago (first time iPhone users) and I definitely have some questions...
I am going to start with this: how can I change the colors of my calendars? I would like them to match the ones in my iCal but they don't... also can I add remote read-only calendars?

I have created multiple Color calenders on my computer. When I synced them with my iphone, they seemed to be copied over as well. To access them, I go to the calender app, press the calender button in the top left corner and then I can select any calender I have created on my computer previoulsy. I have an EDGE iPhone runnig 2.0 software.

I don't know why but the colors of my iCal do NOT sync with the colors of my iPhone and it throws me off immensly!

That's strange, I was about to second what gg67 said, but I just checked my calendar and it would appear that it unsynced the colors at some point and I didn't notice until now...

Oh, and as for static subscription calendars...I can't find a way to get them on either. I would assume it's not possible for now. Maybe 2.1 will address that...
