Recovering sticky note

Lost an important sticky note sometime this past week. I have Time Machine activated and don't know if or how to retrieve Stickies. I can retrieve the .app but not that note. Is it possible?

BTW, from now on I'm backing up my default sticky by saving to .rfd text.
