Importing .frm file on VBA MAC

Hi,

I have an .frm file which is created in windows through VBE of excel 2004. Now i would like to import that frm file to the excel VBE of MAC OS X pro machine.
How could i do that?
If its not possible how will i save the userform of excel VBE in mac?
