Edit Info.plist file for an app?

I feel really stupid asking this but where do I find the info.plist files for an applicatoin?

It's often in AppName.app > Contents > Resources, and it's name should be in the form Info-<platform>.plist, where <platform> is either macos or macosclassic.

It's in ApplicationName.app/Contents/Info.plist. To see it in Finder, control-click (or right-click) on the application and select Show Package Contents from the hierarchical menu, and then open the Contents folder that you see.
