Change Delete dialog default button
Assuming Max OSX 10.5 (Leopard):
When running the delete command (-delete) for items on other volumes, the resulting dialog window presents two options: cancel or delete. Leopard has the 'cancel' button set as the default. Is there any way to change the default to 'delete'? Thanks, DG57 |

"Cancel" is the default because the file is not moved to the trash, but permanently deleted from a networked drive. While you cannot change the default option, you can enable Tab to access focus on all controls by entering Control-F7. In this mode, you can enter "Delete" by pressing Tab and then Space. This can also be adjusted in the Keyboard & mouse preferences pane.
