Block sender in Entourage 2004?

How do I block a specific email address from getting to my Entourage 2004? I tried putting it in Junk but another one came an hour later right to the Inbox from the exact same address.

TIA

all a sender has to do is change one letter or number in the addy to get past the black.

P.S. see if your isp has a spam blocker on there server and set it to only emails in your online address book works too.

If it is from a real person, and not spam generated using a 'spoofed' email address, then you should be able to create a rule that will send emails from that sender (or from that domain) straight to Junk or the Trash.
If it is spam, then you can click on Mark as Junk, rather than putting the email into the Junk folder. That should teach Entourage that this is spam, and it will learn that email from this address goes straight into Junk.

Thanks for the replies. It is one email address from an automated system. I've marked it as junk but the next ones continue to show up in my inbox.

If the same source is hitting other subscribers to your Internet Provider Service, some IPS security departments will--if you ask them--try to take action. Respectfully, Norm
