PDF add on
Hi,
I'm looking for some way of creating PDFs from Word and text files without spending a fortune on Acrobat. I looked at iWork Pages but it changes the font and I don't want to use OpenOffice. Any useful ideas please for something cheap and effective? Any replies appreciated, Oliver |

Have you tried "Save As PDF" in the Print Menu....?
It's under the big PDF button in the bottom left corner. |

Yes - t's a system function, not a function of the application. When you're viewing your document in Word, press cmd+p or just go to File>Print. Then find the Save As PDF as benwiggy (cool name) advised.
EDIT - Trevor was one step ahead of me there

Thanks guys - control+P is the answer to my prayers!
Y'know - I worked with Windows for years and thought I was pretty smart. One month on the Mac has convinced me I was missing something much better. Thanks for your help! Oliver |
