no internet -- Parallels Desktop

Hi..does anyone know anything about this?

I used to have windows xp on my macbook. It worked just fine.
but after I upgraded it to Vista, I can't connect to internet.

do you know how to fix this problem?

also is it possible to share files between my mac and the vista on my mac?

I'm not using vista, but xp pro, and I have connectivity.

This is what I have in the network configuration editor;

enabled
connect at startup

shared network
