Some new stuff I'm listening to...
Smashing Pumpkins - The Beginning is the End is the Beginning Erasure - Breathe No Doubt - Don't Speak Colony 5 - Before I'll Give In Muse - Butterflies and Hurricanes (Full Length Version) The entirety of Ladytron's Velocifero (Strongly recommended) Dragonforce - Heroes of our Time Die Toten Hosen - Hier Kommt Alex All of those, with the exception of Die Toten hosen, can be found on iTunes. The last one's also in German, if you haven't already figured it out. For good measure: O-Zone - Dragostea Din Tei

Well, let's extend the definition of "song"
The London/Decca* DVDs of any one of the three opere buffe that resulted from the collabaration of Mozart & Lorenzo Da Ponte:
Le Nozze di Figaro Don Giovanni Così Fan Tutte No kidding. Avoid them and trudge through your hollow empty life, or … *I mention Netflix and most urban public libraries worthy of the name.

ahhhh young Kel... this was in the days before 'chav' was even a word.. but yes... baggy skate clothes, glow sticks and ecstasy... by todays standards.. very chav.. you will be glad to know I have cleaned up my act ![]() As for Nas... did you ever get the Illmatic album?... thats his best stuff... 'ain't hard to tell' has to one of the best tracks... presumably if you like Nas, you have had a look at Erick Sermon, Grand Puba, Shades of Lingo & Keith Murray? ahhh... make me want to dig out my old hip hop albums..

new music
I just bought the TI cd, they are saying it is the best album of the year.
It has the song with Rhianna on it, live your life song. great song! There are 2-3 other songs on the cd that are really good too. I would check it out. Rhianna's new song Disturbia is really good too. Craig |

Yeah, not bad. Reminds me of the energy of early ska like The Specials.

The entire album Ultra Glide in Black is bad ass, highly recommended. I haven't posted here in a while so uh this could be repeats The Sword Queens of the Stoneage Mastadon Sage Francis Tom Waits Gil Scott Heron Radiohead The Misfits that is pretty much what I have been listening to the last month.
