Export to PSP

I updated my firmware on my PSP to version 3.40 so that I could use full-size videos (480x272) on my PSP. However, I have tried a TON of export options from QuickTime Pro and none of them work. Does anyone know what settings I ned to use?

The only one that I know of that has a built-in PSP exporter is ffmpegX, but not the simplest solution.

The program has two default settings for PSP files:
Video Codec: H.264
Resoltution: 320x240
Video Bitrate: 300 kbps
Frames per Sec: 29.97
Audio Codec: AAC
Audio Bitrate: 32 kbps
Sampling: 24 KHz

Video Codec: H.264
Resoltution: 368x208
Video Bitrate: 384 kbps
Frames per Sec: 29.97
Audio Codec: AAC
Audio Bitrate: 48 kbps
Sampling: 48 KHz
