Creative Suites Won't Re-install

I had to take my emac in for repairs and am having to reinstall all software.
My Creative Suites won't accept my serial code. There is another 4 number box at the end that I don't have the numbers for. My version is over 3 years old and I have long since lost the original cases they came in. What extra numbers are they requesting and how can I resolve this? I can't afford to purchase another version right now. Any help appreciated!

If you registered your software with Adobe, you might be able to call them and get a replacement serial number. Otherwise, I don't believe there are any other legal solutions.
