Where is user icon picture saved?

I took a video snapshot for my user account icon--it also appears as my iChat icon and in AddressBook. Now I want to use it for something else. Where is it saved? Doesn't seem to be in any obvious places (/Library/User Pictures, ~/Pictures/iChat Icons, etc.).

Drag the image from the Finder onto your AddressBook page. An easy-to-use graphic editor opens which allows you to tweak the image.

There's no need to find the saved location in the filesystem.

Oops, I read your question incorrectly. Never mind.

See if you can find the copy in ~/Library/Caches/com.apple.iChat.Pictures/

Just drag it out of Address Book.
