The message "vnode object with non-zero paging offset" indicates that one of OS X's kernel's data structures has been corrupted. These data structures are held in RAM and thus one possible cause would be bad RAM.

You should check the RAM with 'memtest':
http://www.memtestosx.org/

Otherwise, try the standard troubleshooting suggestions:
http://www.apple.com/support/mac101/ (see the "My Mac needs help" section)
http://www.macosxhints.com/article.p...04011205473937
http://forums.osxfaq.com/viewtopic.php?t=7269
http://www.thexlab.com/faqs/faqs.html

In particular, be sure to disconnect all non-Apple peripherals and then restart your Mac.

Hi I have been having kernel panics over last couple of days, 6 so far. It all began with not being able to access wireless internet (I have airport). I'm not sure why it stopped working? We haven't installed any software or made any hardware changes.

This is the last panic log, I think it relates to airport, but can someone confirm that?

Was there any more? The rest of it can be useful.

What little is there hints at an Airport card problem of some kind, although reading panic logs is not my forte'. If you have a removable Airport card, I'd try removing it to see what happens.

Does this have anything to do with Firmware? Though, I think I've seen this before...bad RAM? Not on my machines of course, I only buy from Crucial (sorry 'bout the plug).

10.1 Have disconnected airport

Hi I've turned off airport and I'm now connecting directly through adsl router to internet. The panics have stopped.

I'm going to try reinstalling airport software to see if that helps, I've had the airport running with no problems since I first go the mac about a year ago, so its strange that all of a sudden it would go nuts on me.

Here is the complete panic log, it all appears to relate to the airport. I'm really hoping a reinstall will fix any problem, but if its the airport card itself, how do i find that?

I'm running OSX 10.4.8 on an iMac if that helps at all...
