OS X alternatives to Skype

Now that Skype is no longer free, I am looking for a replacement app that works with OS X that will allow me to make free calls from my Mac to a landline in the US...Any thoughts?

I came across VOIPBUSTER however their dialer is only PC compatible.
Thanks

skype alternative

Thanks for the reply but in order to make free Mac-landline calls with Gizmo, BOTH parties have to be registered with Gizmo..Not very good if you are using this to call people you don't know (eg. businesses).

I ended up using X-Lite v3.0 with a voipbuster account and it works like a charm! Only hitch is that there is no OS X version of the voipbuster installer so I had to install on my PC to set up my account and then input the account settings into X-lite on my Mac.
