Looking for an app to give information about a server by its IP address
I am looking for an app that will give me information about a server by its IP address. For example, say that I wanted server information about macosxhints. I would ping the site, put the ip in, and it would give me info. Any ideas?

Have you looked at Network Utility
Have you looked at Network Utility in /Applications/Utilities/
