I'm not sure if this is the right place to post and if it's not - I am sorry. I am new here.
I'm not too sure how to explain it but here goes.

I bought an Intel Mac Mini last month and on the whole it runs fine except that for no apparent reason (it will happen once every few days) when I reset or turn on my Mac Mini it will chime and keep chiming forever and not load. I hold down the power button and then turn it on again and it boots perfectly. I can't think why it's happening.

I'm running Mac OS X 10.4.7 if that matters but i'm sure it happened before 10.4.7.

Any thoughts would be much appreaciated.
