Superimposing Images w/ After Effects
What I want to be able to do is to take a preexisting video clip, paste an image onto the clip, and then export it back as a video clip.
For example, I would superimpose a picture of someone else's face on top of a person's face in a video. I realize I would probably have to do this frame by frame, which would be time consuming, but that is inevitable. However, I also hope that it isn't too difficult to figure out how to do in After Effects (since I assume that would be the easiest thing to use for it). Does anyone: 1.) Know what I am even talking about? It would help for the official name so I can start on some more searches for it. 2.) More importantly, know how it is done and can help explain it to me? This would be a huge help. I am not looking for something extremely professional. In fact, it will be more humorous (my original goal) if it wasn't all that professional. Sort of like how sometimes using MSPaint adds a little humor. I appreciate any and all feedback. Thanks, TennisDude |
