Finding songs with the same tempo

I just started jogging and finding a song at the right tempo for me has been difficult. Thankfully, I finally found one that feels right; Runaround by Blues Traveler.

What I would like to do is search through my library and find other songs at the same speed.

Is there anyway to do this?

Thanks

there's a bpm section in iTunes. I think theres also a widget that looks up bpm. You could enter them in then make a smart playlist with bpm between two extremes

Hmm...I see the variable, but unfortunately it is not filled in.

I guess I need to fill it in for all of my songs first. Yikes, that doesn't sound fun.

Thanks
