Unmount shared volume

We network between 3 Macs by mounting the various disks, e.g. '/Volumes/Macintosh\ HD-1/'.

Is there a terminal instruction to unmount or eject this this disk?

In terminal you would go :

Code:
umount Macintosh\ HD-1/
If you want to use auto-complete with tabs in terminal, you have to cd to /Volumes first.
