Specify folder for sent mail

OS X mail app allows you to specify the sent mail folder in prefs, but dues not allow you to change it for a specific message. For example, you may have your sent mail generally filed in a "sent items" folder, but would like the email you are working on to get filed to a different folder once its sent. In Entourage and Eudora, you can do this, but not on OS X mail. Only way to do it is to transfer the sent message after the fact.
Hopefully Jaguar will add this functionality to Mail???
