No formfeed when remote printing on NT server

I have powermac g4, running osx 10.4.2 hooked up to a local network containing other macs and a Windows NT 2000 server. When I print to an Epson 800 attached to the NT server I do not get a form feed between the pages or one to eject the last page. No other problems with printing. I do get the proper form feed activity when I print from the nt server.

To my knowledge I am using a driver furnished by the nt server install with the name "Epson Stylus COLOR 800 ESC/P 2"

What settings am I missing?
