Damaged Files

I'm sitting here with a huge problem.
I have a G4 and a G3 here. My G3 is running MacOSX Server as a FileServer. The G4 is running Mac OS 9.2.2. On both computers i have a problem with damaged files. Mainly photoshop, illustrator and indesign files. The bigger the file, the more likely it is to be damaged. Alot of the time, there are pixel errors.

I haven't been able to figure out why my files turn out this way. And i feel a bit concerned that this won't be the last i have seen of it. Has anyone else seen these problems? And maybe a solution?
I've heard of one more person who has the same problem. This person couldn't get the problem solved either.

best regards,
Maarten

That wasn't the problem, it was Carbonlib 1.5. Updating to 1.6 solved the problems.
