keeping your data sync'd between pc & mac ???

I am trying to find a workable solution to keep my calendar/address book/to-do list/notes data from my pc (at work) sync'd or at least frequently copied to my mac at home.

On the PC I am currently using Palm Desktop even though I no longer use my palm.. seems the Mac version of palm desktop keeps its database in a different format so I cant simply copy across. Plus the Palm app for mac is pretty crappy.

I could move to Outlook & Entourage but I dont really want to do that, esp if it's not a great solution. My investigations have shown that Entourage only can do an import.

Anyone have any ideas on what I could use to keep this data sync'd across both platforms without resurrecting my old palm ?

Cheers,

I think I recall some open-source utilities that allowed you to make use of iCal calendars and perhaps AddressBook. Check on sourceforge.net, freshmeat.net, etc
