latex / texhop - international - umlaute

Hi,
to everyone who needs more than the english characters in latex.
I finally managed to write german umlaute (δόφί) in texshop without the need of writing "a.
And I just wanted to share that information.

First thing: Import:
\usepackage{german}
\usepackage[latin1]{inputenc}

Second thing: (and thats the cause for my current smile on my face)
Texshop Preferences: Encoding: Iso Latin !

I know it should be obvious.
But it wasn't for me.
