Safari saving vs. opening HTML links?

I'm not sure what I did, but recently Safari began automatically downloading links instead of loading them.

There is a website that I use which sends HTML files via a PHP script. However, about a week ago, Safari started saving them to disk. Up until that point, it opened them in the browser window.

I think the problems started when I told FireFox to open these files with FireFox. (This now causes FireFox to save the file to disk, then open it). After doing that, Safari started doing the same thing! Safari always worked fine before then.

Any ideas how to fix this? I have a feeling it's a MIME type association or something but there don't seem to be any places to configure this.

Thanks,

Alex
