Project Builder Quest

Hi all, I have this dumb question. What is the difference between project builder and XCode? Where can I find or how to install project builder? Sorry, I'm still new to Mac, and I want to do this tutorial with Project Builder. I can't seem to find much luck with project builder. Any help or clue on how to get project builder is much appreciated.

What version of OS X do you have?
Project Builder is for Jaguar, XCode is for Panther.
You can download the XCode Tools from Apple's Developer web site if you don't already have them on a CD that came with your Mac (or if the version on CD is too old - the current version of XCode is 1.5)

Thanks for the reply. Now I'm currently running OSX ver 10.3.8. Well it seems I need to find another tutorial and update my XCode then.
