Sharing mounted NFS volumes?

I want to expose a mounted nfs volume (from a linux box) mounted under maxosx to appleshare clients running macos9.

I could not find a way to start sharing mounted nfs volumes.

Any ideas?!

As far as I know, the ability to do that does not exist in Mac OS X. You might be better off just installing netatalk on the Linux box, if that's at all practical to do.

I hope someone can prove me wrong about this.
