minor:
the banner on top rotates a bit quickly ... it flipped to 'hard to pronounce', but i didn't get a chance to read (thoroughly) what was 'hard to pronounce' before it rotated

Excellent point! I do intend to redo that whole animation in Flash to save file size and for it to run smoother.

Your table height value is way too large for your resume page. You could fit two and a half resumes in the space you provided.

Other than that minor issue and the already noted speed of your banner, it looks very good. Oh and I assume you are still working on the site and intend to list your services on the services page... if not, then remove it from the site.
