Hello,
It would help if you put a bit of info like: Anyone played RTCW yet? For those who don't know RTCW is Rapid Transit Corporate Wash, where you have to wash these bullet trains.. etc. etc. More info <insert link here>. Don't assume we all know what you're talking about ![]() Vonleigh |

no need to blast the thread.
i was looking for a dl link, but all i can find is the .exe's for windows *sigh* aspyr's site is far too slow. the other links are all windows. anyone know of a fast pipe for the mac demo? does it run native on OSX? yes, aspyr's page says so. |

My last "favorite" game was Deus Ex... I've been itching to find something to replace it. Think wolfenstien could? I'm not into network play, just single player.

I'm assuming you download the WolfMP-test2-BETA. If anyone has trouble be patient with the page, got "too many users" a bunch of times before I got through.
I'll give my impressions once I download it and give it a spin. I remember playing this game years ago, wonder how different it looks. I'm not much of a gamer though, had a brief EverCrack encounter with my roommate's computer, scary stuff. BTW MT, you forgot the Monty Python shade of satire ![]() Vonleigh Last edited by vonleigh; 04-30-2002 at 08:24 PM. |

RtCW
RtCW rocks, the graphics are splendid but the disappointing thing is that the AI may be good but still not good enough espically the snipers and some missions are damm LAME, lol
but overall the game rocks, I just hate the last level because is just too damm easy. Play the game and find out why! |

so, i'll check it out. glad we stopped the mod'r8r from deleting this thread. it's one of my favorites today. sincere regards, Mahatma Coat Staff Butler Bombay Division Last edited by mervTormel; 04-30-2002 at 10:01 PM. |

Single player was ok, yes last level was waaaay to easy: my first strategy on it worked the first time and boom it was over.
Multiplay is great, my old WWII Myth buddies and I have been chomping at the bit for the full release for a long time!

Hello,
Here's my first impression of it after I wasted err -invested- like forty minutes playing it. As soon as I opened it my mouse got like 50 times slower than it normally is, so much so that it was kind of painful to select anything on the interface. After a bit of confusion I finally figure out that I need to tell it to look for the game on the internet and get on a server. I got my butt kicked, like seriously kicked. My mouse was so slow that It would take me like three flicks of it just to move 90 degrees. Tried playing with the keyboard but that was even worse. I couldn't find any setting for the mouse sensitivity though. All in all it was very frustrating, I didn't quite enjoy playing. My favorite multiplayer game has always been marathon though, so I'm not too used to using the mouse for this. How do I make my mouse more responsive? Any other things to make the game more enjoyable? Also, how do I get my mouse to the speed I have it without doing the whole "defaults write -globalDomain com.apple.mouse.scaling -float 5.2" and restarting/reloging in? Vonleigh |

MT,
Perfect! Works exactly as advertised and I didn't even have to restart after installing it. Thanks MT, Vonleigh |

And that's why I don't like online play. There is always a gang of addicts who are masters of the game ready to kick your butt. They need to offer a pink uniform or something, to designate someone who doesn't have a clue.
