A quick fallow up:

Is a Adobe Pagemill a good webpage program? and is it on OSX? If not, what is a good OSX native webpage program?

Sure, you can buy Flash from Macromedia on its own or in conjunction with a bunch of other useful web programs such as Dreamweaver and Fireworks in Studio MX 2004. http://www.macromedia.com/software/mx2004/

Well, Pagemill is not my favorite, but you may like it. I prefer BBEdit and occasionally Dreamweaver.
