Disc Utility says....

0 HFS volumes repaired
1 volume could not be repaired

Repairing disk failed with error Could not unmount disk (-10000)

DW doesn't fix it. Whats' it mean?

Did you restart from the Install Cd and run the version of Disk Utility that is on that CD? You need to do this if you are attempting to repair the boot volume - i.e. the internal disk that contains your OS X system.
