backup 2.0.1 - invisible files?

I just made a 5 GB iPod back up of my documents folder using Backup 2.01. Copied fine. However, I cannot see the files. Mounts on the desktop with proper title, but no apparent content.

being impatient, I tried it again - now I have 10 gig of data (which I cannot see nor manipulate!) and 5 gig of songs - my question -

How can i delete the data and keep only the songs on my iPod?
