Shortcuts for moving/resizing windows?

Attempting to switch to Panther from unix.

In my X11 window manager I can move or resize a window by pressing a key and then dragging anywhere on the window. I find it's much faster and more comfortable than having to aim at the narrow title bar or the even smaller grow box, especially on a laptop trackpad.

My hand starts to hurt after moving windows too much... Is there any way I can have something like this feature for Aqua windows?
