CVS on 10.8
so I installed 10.8 on one of my dev macs ... but I can no longer access CVS on that machine.
Do I have to install something extra in order to get CVS working again under 10.8? Thanks G.

Reinstall your CVS system and any dependencies. Preferably with updates.

Apple no longer installs "developer" command-line tools by default. That includes compilers, linkers, make, section 3 of the man pages, version control, and such-like.
You can install them by installing Xcode (if you haven't already), then going to Xcode→Preferences→Downloads→Components and clicking on the (Install) button next to Command Line Tools. Even if you've already done that, the Mountain Lion installer undid it, and you have to do it again. |
