Missing system preferences security and privacy ..

I am missing my security and privacy in my system preferences aera. I did a guest account and was in the system preferences, but not my account. I reinstalled OS lion and still did not see it in my account in the system preferences. Any ideas would be appreciated....

First, open System Preferences and look for it listed under the View menu. If that menu item exists, select it to see if the Security & Privacy pane opens. Assuming it does, I'm guessing it was hidden using View > Customize, and that can be used again to undo this setup.
