move a folder and rename

hello,

i'm trying to make script that moves a new incoming folder and rename that folder whit a dialog.

Folder A root folder
- when a new folder is downloaded
- start a dialog answer and the answer is the new name of that folder
move that folder to Folder B (for post procces)

does anyone have a script for this?
