Transferring files with Ipod between mac and pc?
I have a short question. I have been trying to use my Ipod as a portable harddrive to transfer files between a friend of mine who has a windows pc and my emac. Does anybody know if this is possible? Is there maybe a freeware program for this job?
Thanx |

You can use any Mac disk on a PC with "Macdrive". If you only want to use your "Mac-only" iPod on a PC, you can get "Xplay" - it allows a PC to access a Mac-only iPod. Both are available at:

I think you only need to transfer files from ipod to your mac, since your friends can sync itunes with the ipod directly, files now are in ipod, then you can easily get the files from ipod to mac with some application.
Things you need to know: http://www.applemacvideo.com/transpo...usics.html#179 Hope you can resolve it! |
