Mac with Windows and a virtual OS X machine on top of that?

Am about to buy a new Macbook Pro and for some reasons (hardware access) I am gonna install Windows as the main system but I also want to run OS X on it. Is it possible to virtualize OS X on top of Windows?

(and for all whiners: this is running OS X on Apple hardware)

Regardless of the hardware, the OS X license doesn't allow virtualizing, unless it's OS X Server. And even then it has to be on Mac hardware.

What you can do is dual boot. Or, virtualize Windows under OS X.

What are the "Hardware access" reasons? Why can't you boot OS X and run Windows virtually? Buying an OS X Server licence is expensive.

The method in your link is only a partial success -- from the posts, lots of people had trouble with it.
