Set help viewer to non-floating mode in Snow Leopard

The help window in Snow Leopard doesn't act like a normal window, doesn't appear in the application switcher etc..I found how to fix this for 10.5 there

but it doesn't work for 10.6. And nothing about this in TinkerTool.

Somebody has a solution?
