Waking computer but not display
I have recently acquired a new 27" iMac. In addition to Time Machine I have also been using SuperDuper! to make bootable clones of my hard drive. I have learned how to automatically schedule the backup with SuperDuper!. I would like to have SuperDuper! automatically backup at night, however for this to work the computer must be awake. I know that one can schedule a wake up via scheduling through the Energy Saver preference. While this works it also wakes the display (which is annoying as I have the computer is in my bedroom).
Is there a way I can schedule my iMac to wake so SuperDuper! can run and also not wake the display (so I am not waken)? |

Is there a third party application which will do this or a way to use an apple script to do this? I have found a program which will put the display to sleep (http://sites.google.com/site/linestreet/), but am not sure if this will be useful for an apple script. |
