Wireless Hard Drives? and Largest HD's Macbook pro
What is the largest internal drive for a macbook pro 17" and where do I get it. Also, I have a time capsule but it only let's me back up, is there a drive like that where you can access files and data like a drive hooked to the machine?
Thanks! |

Your Time Capsule can already be a network drive. Just turn on File Sharing under Disks in the Airport Utility, then its internal disk will appear on the network as if it was a Mac with File Sharing turned on. Just log in. You can also plug a USB drive into the Time Capsule USB port and that will show up on the network too. The largest drive for the MacBook Pro 17" is the largest 2.5" SATA drive you can find. Try newegg.com or macsales.com. |
