Mobile me is killing me

I don't have a mobile me account and every time I try to sync with my Nokia N95 8GB via the icon on the menu bar I get a reminder that I can not connect to the mobile me server. How can I stop this?
The interesting thing is that it doesn't happen every time and I wasn't able to find out under what circumstances it does or doesn't happen
you can watch it happen in video on http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EIMuAHbsyZA

Are you on SL or Leopard ?
Are you using a third party plugin(novamedia) or Apple built in one ?
On SL there have been problems with third party iSync plugins.

In isync > preferences > try unchecking "Enable Syncing on this computer"
I think this will kill address book sync though !
But worth a go.

I'm On Snow Leopard.
I don't know what you mean by plug in.
I don't want to cancel synching since I am using it to synch with my Nokia N95 8GB (the plugin for that is provided by Nokia. is that what you meant?).
The message appear when I activate the synching from the menu bar.

another interesting thing is that the option: "never synchronised MobileMe" is darkened (unless it is not an option but a message telling me the obvious)
