Automator and Hosts Files

Is there a way in Automator to have it pull up the host files... add something to it save and close and then a reverse to remove the information it added? Basically I'm trying to create a script that when I'm trying to work on school work I can add some distracting websites to the local hosts and they won't work and then can remove them when I'm done. I got the idea when I was trying to find an alternative to Concentrate program which is $30. I figured this way I could do it with an on/off option instead of having to manually do it.

Thanks!
