Web outlook & Address Book

I'm currently using web based outlook for one of my work email accounts - and it's a pain. The interface is rubbish, and you can do very little with it, BUT my major gripe is the address book. Its a total faff to re-enter every work address I use to be stored separately. Is there anyway of integrating my mac address book with web outlook? I don't particularly want my entire address book stored on my outlook account, but any way of accessing it from within outlook? Quicksilver integration? Anything to stop me wanting to destroy outlook!

why not connect Mail.app to your mail server? and use SyncEm?

Thanks - I'll have a look.
I'd like to be able to download mail into Mail - it's an exchange server - but despite managing to set up a VPN I still can't persuade it to download to Mail - and the IT guys is a windows only man.

Basically trying every combination of the details I've got in each setting of the account set up, so any additional ideas welcome!
