Streaming video as desktop

Hi

On my campus there is a live streaming video of a building being built. I was wondering if there is a way to have that streaming video as my desktop. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Running Leopard on Macbook Pro.

Not sure how much it helps, but there is a program out there that will turn screen saves into your desktop (wallsaver, I think it's called). If you could find a screen saver that does TV streaming, you could do it that way.
